Well today i had my manifold swapped out for a maniflow and it has made a hug difference so i thought i would show it off and put this video on :)

Nice sounds good i have a few videos on my youtube. mainly just for me to compare it with the new engine going in soon ( 1310cc :) )
Also it has my roadtrip on there too

Yeah it's the same engine, I've only ever had the one that lasted up until mitp 2012.
I'd guess it was at 15psi, never really needed any more than that on the road.
