As above,  How do you get the drive shaft off the cv? Seems pretty stuck

 

 

 

What this guy does but with the driveshaft being attached to the diff!

Yeh this is how I've always done it.....but does the above video clip cause less damage to the outer cv?  But then again possibly damages the inner splines?

 

Doesn't show removal of the inner cv joint does it.....must have used your method.

Do you need to take off a circlip? I can't get my head around this.. I'm having a moment

Dunno if this might help?

 

 

The C Clip is not externally accessible, it should retract automatically as the shaft is removed, but will (or should) need a sharp tap on the bit in green to get in started.

Ended up replacing the whole driveshaft, whole thing was seized 

 

Thanks though, If only there where more sectional diagrams for these kinda things!
