OAT coolant shouldn't be used in cooling systems which contain yellow metals.

For the cost of it, just use the right stuff.

Is there any problem with using modern pink OATS coolant in an a series engine and rad?

Obviously it shouldnt be mixed with oridinary glycol blue stuff but I have a gallon of OATS for my modern car and just wondered if it would be suitable. Any ideas?

OAT coolant isn't good for copper radiators or the heater matrix. If you have an alloy rad and no heater though, it should be fine
