Knuckle Joints

ordered new cones and knuckle joints last week and removed the cones and trumpets yesterday but can seem to get the Knuckle joint out of the trumpet ? And ideas on ways to get it out have tried using a punch,lube but it just will not budge

Get some heat on it, Spray some penetrating fluid (not wd40) in the cone and leave it soak.

Fill the trumpet with Coke and leave it to soak overnight. Wouldn't believe the rusty/seized things I've freed off by using regular cola...

Left over night soaking in coke worked on one of them and the other needed some heat to get it moving thanks for the advice gents
