My mate is wondering the where about of his old Mini. Last seen in the North west.

It was a stretch convertable mini with a lengthened wheelbase of around 1ft, was white with a purple 'cabrilotet' sticker down the side when I sold it, reg no JDH 66J and the MG 1.3 Metro engine in, Clubman front end

It was at London to Brighton 2006.

It's also in a picture in MiniMag or MiniWorld (forget which) under the London to Brighton article.

But Sammy D says they saw it at L2B, so it must be the same colour for them to recognise it from your description

Is that it on page 50 of Minimag at London to Brighton?

The description sounds right but it's got a new plate on it.

I looked through loads of the L2B run and only seen a Stretched clubman in white, it has different plates and is not convertable.

Is this the one people are talking about.

Still think its got its original plates and is now green.
