Sorry, I'm new to this forum, I think I have death rattle AGAIN! Last 10 plate mini had 3.5k worth of work to fix so fixed her up and sold her on! Bought myself a shining new 07 plate cooper S and after 4 months ownership the deaded noise is back but 10 times worse, always worse when its been really cold and for some reason when steering at almost full lock the noise gets even worse if thats even possible! Im now also experiencing loss of power to! My local Mini can't get me in for another 3 weeks so does anyone know what I can do to try and nurse my poor baby for now, last time with my old mini they said there was nothing wrong with it but forgot to mention that a guide had actually fallen on the chain and fallen into the sump! At the moment shes parked in the workshop and she's been swapped for a bipper van so I'm desperate for her back! Thanks!

I'm afraid you've signed up to the wrong forum. This one is for classic Minis (pre-2000).

You'd be better trying www.mini2.com or www.totalmini.com
