hi can any one tell me how easy it is to change from to 2 gauges too 3. no rev counter on the mini i am thinking of buying

You just need the three clocks (or even just the rev counter) the binnacle and the braket (but double check this as i dont remember if they used two different brakets)
If you give a look at the wiring loom at the back of your binnacle you'll notice two wires hanging, one is black-white, the other is green-orange, connect them to the rev counter, you cant go wrong as they have different connectors.
