Hi guy,s, i,m fitting a crank damper on my 1098. The one I've picked up has a disc on the back that I've since found out is a timing service disc which is fouling on the cover of my cam belt kit. Do i (a) chop it off with the disc cutter. Or (b) drill out the 3 rivets that hold it on, or will it just fall apart?.
