My 91 mayfair doesn't seam to have a clevis pin on the rod that goes up through the bulkhead it looks like a pin but the end has a rounded look with a small washer  with no obvious way to remove it. The car is fitted with a servo with the master cylinder on the front of it which ive already removed.

You're right. The pedals for the dual circuit servos have the pushrod permenantly attached.

So no way of getting the rod out without dismantling the pedal assembly?

Not without cutting/drilling the rod out. Why do you need to remove the pushrod?

Not possible unfortunately. Hopefully this photo illustrates the issue the OP is referring to. The pivot pin can't simply be removed and replaced like in in earlier years.

I've been wire brushing the bulkhead ready for paint and its getting in the way! will just have to mask it off.

Photo does not make it much clearer. That is engine bay I guess. You need to undo the pin and split from the pedals. There has to be a join somewhere.
