Hiya,

I'm a newbie, not sure if anyone on here lives in my area, but I do see lots of mini's about...

I'm hoping someone might know a good mechanic in the Welwyn/Hatfield area?

I've had a couple of bad recommendations over the years and just hoping there is someone reliable out there!

My Terry is a '91 Mayfair, rescued from a field 3 years ago, has had lots of TLC since then but alas problem number 20 or so, I think I now have a hole in the exhaust.

Oh also I went to MITP this year, the first mini show i've been to, was it just me or was it lacking in stands??

Thanks

Law

Owen & Jamie at The Rover Centre in St. Albans are great with all things Mini. They even have, or had, a 1275 Endurance Rally Mini. I have built several Mini engines for them.

They are located on London Road, on the industrial estate on the right just before the big railway bridge going towards London. You drive off the London Road and down a steep long ramp. They are then about 200 yards along there on the left.

By the way, St. Albans is where I was born, a very long time ago (but that's too much detail :D ).
