Hi there About 3 months ago I bought my first mini a 1986 mayfair Ive replaced quite a bit of the interior because it was beyond saving and Im looking to replace the steering wheel what would any of you recommend I will warn you Im not looking to spent too much on one

Take a look in the For Sale section on here, some nice steerings come up from time to time for not to much money.
