Hi Guys ,

i am considering bidding on an item on eBay, metro calipers with hubs etc thrown in....but, in the listing the seller says

the ns hub bj mount is damaged so it would be unfair of me to sell these as an item and i do not have time to strip them down

I asked:

do you mean it needs a new ball joint only or that the hub itself is damaged?

He/she replied:

The thread on the hub has snapped rendering it usless unless you can get it off they are mini hubs the os hub is fine.

What do they mean exactly do you think?

The cup of the balljoint screws down onto the hub, I'm guessing the thread on the hub is fubar.

Yeah thats what i thought they could have meant but wasn't entirely sure....either way its ended now and i lost out anyway so hey ho. Cheers
