I have tubbed rear arches but want to fit group 2 standard arches. Has anyone done this? Some pics to show the fitment would be really helpful.

Wide or narrow Grp2's? narrow ones the screw points are pretty similar in radius (but not position) as stock rover arches. If you have a look at bogus2, he has tubbed arches and narrow group 2's.

Cheers, it's narrow group 2's. Just searched bogus 2 on Google looks like he has the arches raised at the back to account for the tubbing.

I'm thinking it's not possible to have the type which wrap around the rear valance then.

I tried a wrap around group 2 narrow on my tubbed estate today. I'm fairly sure it could be made to work but it would depend largely on how thick the fibreglass is. 

 

I'll have another go tomorrow and take some pics.

They do fit just higher up





And Mexico arches fit fine on tubbed too
