Mine are a bit tatty and i really fancy having ago at making mine own, was thinking something like black perspex would be the easiest option?

 

Anyone done this any pics?

Perspex will scratch like hell!

You could use perspex and wrap it with some vinyl to stop it scratching.

Previous owner had fitted Perspex ones to my car. It was like driving around in a drum.

First thing I did was remove them. It was far more bearable with no door cards at all.
