Hi,

Fitting a new reverse light switch to my gear linkage. How far in is it supposed to go? As you can see from the photos there's a huge amount of thread so how do you judge how to set it or is it something you have to do when connected to the gearbox?

Thanks,

Rod

When its all on the car, put ignition on, into reverse and screw the switch in until the reverse lights come on, being careful not to twist the wires up. Ie unplug them from the switch screw switch in and reconnect to check lights
