Hi there guys and gals! I am selling my 1986 Austin Mini Mayfair as I don't use it much due to work and rather someone have fun and use it! I have had it for about 2 months but due to work no longer have time for it. It is a great little car and would be perfect for anyone who wants a mini for a first car or even just wants a mini!
Here is what I have done to it:
Serviced it
Put Hi-Los on the rear but also have the fronts to go on (will provide with car)
New battery earth lead
Have a new parcel shelf that I have no fitted yet but will be included
Parcel Shelf Speaker Pods
Repair to the L/H A-panel and under the R/H rear quarter window
Helicoil repair (the previous owner had tightened the sump plug too much so I had to get this repaired)
New Bullet wing mirrors
Changed front seat belts from brown to black (have the rear ones also just not fitted yet and also will provide the original brown ones)
Mk2 Rear Lights
MOT till August 2016
When I bought it it come with the later SPI/MPI seats which are very comfy! The car needs a bit of work if perfection is wanted but it is a great little runner, it made it from Somerset to Coventry and back with no problems at all! It is also registered as part of the BMC which cost £25!
