i'm in the process of buying a used ac kit that they took of a japan model .
I wanted to know how hard is it to installed has anyone done it that can give me any advise before buying the kit ?

You might be able to adapt this kit for Mini's from Minimania in the USA.

you can use either a mechanical link idle up or one from a jap toyota or the like that switches a solinoid that gives more air fuel mix each time the comp cuts in.
