As above, they're glued together.

Hi all,

I've bought a set of door mirrors for my 2000 Cooper, which come primed ready for the desired top coat colour to be applied.

Is there any way of dismantling the body of the mirror to make the primed area straightforward to spray, or are the mirror fronts themselves glued onto the body? These are the standard coloured door mirrors for the later cars.

Did have a quick look, but don't want to force anything off and break it if masking is going to be the only option anyway.

Thanks

Jacob
