Hello, everybody. 

I live in Korea.

I have a type 1998, mini monja edition. (mpi)

1 years ago immobilizer problem so Exchanges the throttle body and ecu.
since then, the engine doesn't start well. rpm is decline.

Intentionally put on the an accelerator(pedal) and 5 minutes warm up the engine is enough to drive.

The fuse has only three in the fuse box in hood.

A problem?

 

Mini too hard to maintenance in Korea.

I'll wait there are many opinions.
