As the topic title says, whats the oil capacity of a 1275 A+ block and gearbox? (no oil cooler) I'm about to start a new engine for the 1st time, and dont want to overfill it with oil!!

Hi - really quick question...
As the topic title says, whats the oil capacity of a 1275 A+ block and gearbox? (no oil cooler) I'm about to start a new engine for the 1st time, and dont want to overfill it with oil!!

off the top of my head its about or just over 5 litres..

4.5 litres, 5 will cover it, as you'll need to fill the filter too..
