I really want an E46 M3 so if someone buys the mini then I will get one. It's an itch I really need to scratch but I don't have space for everything.
So the car is a K-reg registered September 1971. This makes it tax exempt.
It has been transformed from the £300 car I bought in 2006 but it is still not perfect in my mind and keep putting money into this is not what I want to do anymore.
Here's the main details:
It's white (changed on V5)
1293cc turbo engine (998cc on V5)
Standard 1275 crank
Omega cast 11cc pistons
Avonbar phase 2 cam
Brand new push rods
MED 1.3 roller rockers
Benross turbo head
RTS flywheel
Full S/C box and 3.1cwp X-pin diff
Mega jolt ignition on MAP
Matty's hi flow exhaust manifold
Custom down pipe and centre section by an JR fabrications derby
GT17 turbo rebuilt with a new exhaust housing
Maniflow 2 inch back box
Turbo hif44 carb rebuilt about 100 miles ago
Large k&n filter
Massive front mounted inter cooler with silicone hoses and mikalor clamps
Minispares 13 row oil cooler
Afr gauge
Forge actuator with blue Spring I think suited for 16-20psi
Not had the car do a power run as it wasn't running right but have since got that sorted. It feels like it has so much more power than when it was last ran at 7psi when it made 130bhp. I reckon it's closer to 190 now. Fuelling all seems spot on when running and have been happy with how it drives
Rewired about a 2 years ago after fitting turbo engine
Car had a brand new heritage floor last year
All wiring and hoses now inside the car
Brake bias lever fitted inside
Internal KAD linkage
Corbeau sprint seat is a tight fit for me I'm a 32 inch waist
Cobra Monaco passenger seat
3 point black harnesses
Front and rear safety devices bolt in roll cage including door bars
Removable steering wheel boss and genuine omp Corsica wheel
Fibreglass dash with 130mph speedo
Boost gauge and rev counter mounted on steering column
Water temp, voltage, clock and oil pressure gauges
Car is on 6x10 wellers painted in a sort of goldish colour but got another set of gold and silver wellers that look a bit like a split rim. All on yoko a-032 tyres
Group 2 wide arches
Mini sport 7.9 inch alloy calipers with KAD grooved discs set of 1144 pads. Also got a set of 1155's that can go with it
Spax dampers all round
Like I said I would keep putting money into it over the years and I don't want to anymore.
Mostly the car is solid and very well put together and very quick.
I would definitely recommend coming to look at it if you're interested as I've probably missed something.
I have no idea what it's worth. I know you never get back what you put into them but the engine alone must have cost about 8k to build.
If someone wants it I also have a single axle trailer which is perfect for it. If the car sells I have no need for it so could go too.
I reckon the car is worth £8500 and the trailer £1000 but if you wanted both could maybe do a deal.
Here's some photos. Just ask if you have any questions.
Thanks
Andy

Found some more pictures showing the floor being done.
