no indicators, but have hazards

hi, been having problems with my indicators. hazards work fine. put the hazard flasher unit where the indicator flasher unit goes and the indicators now work?? how is that?? wiring sems to be ok, or changing the units wouldnt have worked. bought a new indicator flasher unit before i tried the hazard flasher unit and this didnt solve the problem??

anyone got any ideas??

There r different types and strengths for want of a better word make sure u get the right one, a 2 pin for ure mini.
