Seen a few people say to stay away from the jbw style but where else sell them as looking for a set of Superlite wheels in gun metal but only seem to be JBW and people say build quality and trying to fit tyres on them is a nightmare can anyone give me some advice please many thanks

Hi Danny,

 

You are quite correct that some people have had issues with JBW/midland wheels. On the other hand a lot of people have had no problems with them.

 

I was looking for some minilights or similar and recently bought a set of 6x10 ultralite wheels in anthracite from an Ebay supplier and they are really superb quality. Might be worth a look on there!

I've had 4 sets of JBW wheels over the years, never had a single problem with them, like any other wheel if they are cleaned on a regular basis and looked after they should serve you well. As for tyre fitment I've never had an issue either, be it on 13,12 or my current rosepetal 10s

I got a set of superlights from Huddersfield mini spares a few weeks ago. Great quality and no tyre fitting issues that I'm aware of - I got them fitted by Huddersfield prior to delivery.
