Just a quick review for a company I have used a few times in the past for machining & engine parts

they are based in the west Oxon area - have been there for years - est 1914

I tend to remember them last , after I have tried everyone else , & they usually have the parts to get me out of the brown stuff

always been good on the phone & knowledgeable about engines - esp much older stuff - very skilled

their work is spot on , & quite good on price , old school milling , line boring , cyl boring , even making custom shell bearings , cams etc

I have a mate there , who is doing an apprenticeship , quite jealous of the jobs he is doing , working on old 20's classics most of the time

all the above is my opinion - & I do not own the company (wish I did )

they are another company to try when you can't get a part / machining job done anywhere else , esp old awkward machinery / rebuilding / refacing

We used them at my old company restoring vintage Bugattis, for line boring, fitting liners, honing bores, honing rods etc..

They are very good with most aspects of there work, we did find there line boring was a bit hit or miss though, which has caused us some headaches in the past, but generally very good work and not overly long lead times.
