I have a suitcase full of cams i have collected, some Kent, some Piper, some Crane, also British Leylans special tuning.
Obviously they're not the specific one you have listed but I most likely have an equivalent.
If that is of interest, I will look up sw5 spec and see what is similar, I have Vizards Bibles so Icould also look it up in there.

Id/Markings - Drive - Lobe width - Lobe wear & pitting - Notes
- Spider - 13mm - None - Piper 300 i believe
HR 300 - Spider - 13mm - Some wear, no pitting - Piper i think or Kent?
MPI - Slot - 13mm - None - has oil ways
VP3C Slot - 13mm - NEW - Crane cam - see vizard book - pretty special
VP3C Slot - 13mm - No wear, v slight pitting - Crane cam - see vizard book - pretty special
Kent MD266 Slot - 13mm - Minimal wear no pitting - has oil ways
HR3002 Slot - 13mm - No pitting, slight wear - 3 rings
Unknown Slot - 13mm - No wear, no pitting - 1 ring Labelled fast road, believed to be small bore cam
270 Spider - 13mm - Slight wear, no pitting - Kent cam
1 groove Slot - 13mm - Slight wear no pitting - MG Metro cam
AEA649 Pin - 13mm - Slight wear, v slight pitting Formula Junior Cam
