Pre 1976 Fuse Block Pics?

Best Answer Howie1000 , 31 January 2016 - 12:04 AM

Thanks It's been a mission, I've got a bucket full of wires and a car with no loom

It should be a Lucas 4FJ fuse box.

The Haynes wiring diagram should be easy to follow as there are only two fuses and four coloured wires.

You can see there are numbers on the body, the odd number side is power in and even number is power out

1 > 2 is brown (permanent power in) to purple (power out), 3 > 4 is white (ignition switch controlled power in) to green (power out).

Good evening,

I have searched the previous topics prior to posting, but couldn't find what I'm after.

I have a 1975 clubman, with its wiring loom cut out. It was originally a 998 Auto, does anyone have a pic of the fuse block for this model? Had to be pre 1976, as anything newer than that has the later fuse block on the bulkhead.

I really need to see what colour wires are going in and coming out of the fuse box. Haynes wiring diagrams are frazzling my brain! 😫

Thank you in advance.

David 😎👍
