Hi all, I bought a Mini week before last and my mum took it for a spin yesterday when it started misfiring when at higher revs. Any ideas what it could be? I've been told it may be a falty ht lead but I have no idea

could be a few things but id start looking at a full service and looking into electronic ignition if you have points, this time of year its usaly damp in the ignition system = WD40

Other things could be

Timing

Wiring

Just needs a good run

The chokes be left on

Wrong needle

ect ect ect

Do a service with new set of ht leads and go from there and report back .
