I remember seeing some threads on people using a Walbro in tank fuel pump.

seemed like a direct replacement for the standard item.

Any ideas where I can source one / or part number.

You can get them here

Not sure which one you would need as it needs to fit the cradle for the internal pump hanger.  I just got the replacement 'pump only' mpi pump from minispares and it works great

I fitted the walbro to my injection tank, it is straightforward but not a perfect fit on the baseplate at the bottom of the return tube, most people probably just cable tie it in place, although I made a bracket up.

Yes I read about people needing to use a cable tie. Was your pump noisy?

Ah ok so an upgraded pump is a good idea. Yeah Walbro pump in an MPI tank is a standard upgrade for us VTEC guys and the Vauxhall guys so should be perfect for your conversion!

I am not sure whether I need the 190lph or the 255lph pump.

Do you need an MPi tank?
