Starting to put the interior in the mini that we purchased as a project with it just a rolling shell, with everything in boxes but there seems to be more than one mini's worth.

Have put the heater (plastic housing) into place on the back mounts but find that the pedals are in the way of the large inlet pipe to connect.  the inlet sits towards the bulkhead. Has anyone come across this before and whats the solution.

TIA

You need to fully fit the heater, before fitting the inlet air duct. Screw up the front to the lower dash rail. Even then it's a tight squeeze and the brake and clutch pedals contact the duct.

It is a complete ball-ache of a job.  No way round it, get the seat out, get on your back, get crippled by the seat mount section.

Watch you dont break the brake light switch when fitting the heater tubing.
