Recently refitted my 4 spotlights

But when I push the stalk forward to put all 6 high beams on they stay on when the stalk is returned. Have to quickly flick to side lights and back to dipped beam.

I've put a brand new earth on it. Any ideas? What relay is required because it's clearly not disengagin.

Do it again and when they are on, tap the relay with the handle of a screwdriver.
