i am going to fit some revolution wheels can I use the wheel nuts that have come off my minilites

or do I have to use revolution wheel nuts

 

any help please

Yes No Maybe!

Depends on the year of manufacture as to what nuts are required.

Without this info (picture) the correct info can not be given.

Use the Revolution Nuts. It's what they're designed for.

 

Don't forget that the wheels on the car are the 4 things that keep you in contact with the road. If you use the nuts from your Minilites, then you could be making your car very dangerous to drive. Take a look on Google images at a set of Revolution Nuts and compare them to your Minilite nuts. Chances are they're quite a bit different - the Revolution nuts with their flat edge look totally different to the standard Rover Minilite nut which has an angled shoulder.

I eventually realised that you were meaning rover lookalike minilite and not the real thing. The answer is no as the studs won't even reach to the outside of the hub. real Minilite nuts don't fit either as they are much larger diameter in the tube part over the stud. So just buy the correct nuts.
