how many seats?

if just two then fit behind them and use a AGM battery. with suitable terminal covers.

Only the fronts. That was my first option to put it on the floor behind the seats out of the way in a box. Was thinking under the bonnet in case of ever having to jump start but for ease will probably put behind seats
Not an issue.

Earth on engine and live onto the starter solinoid. Or add some extra wiring so you can plug in some jumpers. Using some Anderson plugs.

I like the idea in that picture that's what I had in mind when thinking of under the bonnet. I really like the idea of the Anderson plug the cleaning machines at work use them to connect the power from the batteries to the motors and one the charger plugs into to charge the battery. Could have it set up in an easy accessible place and just clip it in if needed. Thanks for that idea it's got me thinking now. I like it when I think but usually it involves more money hahaha

The earlier cars have them between the carb and wiper motor.  e.g.
