Distributor 3 Wiring Connector

Does anyone know if it's possible to buy the 3 pin plug to make my own wiring for this? If so where from? I just can't justify £22 on this.

I've currently used some spade connectors and heatshrink but something neater would be nice.

That is used on the distributor?  It looks like a fuel injector connector with 3 wires.  VW used to have connectors like that on their Bosch electronic distributors.  They appear to be "3-pin Bosch / AMP Junior Power Timer (JPT)" connectors.

Another specific part that may work is:   Bosch  1 237 000 039

 

What you are likely to find with any of these is that where the connector is "cheap", it will be the shell alone without the contacts, seals, or boots.  It looks like the going rate for a complete connector can range from $20 to $30.
