Hi am just converting from drums to discs with the Mini Spares Conversion Kit. Got a problem, I have built up the Hubs/discs in line with the Haynes Manual and found the hubs dont rotate very freely when I have nipped up the hub nut, the subframe is not fitted to bodyshell so I cant torque it fully up yet.
Will it resolve itself when its tightened up or does anyone think there's an issue?.

sounds like the bearings are not seated correctly.
or is something catching.

Hi am using the kit you identified, Both outer races bottomed out on the centre lip and spacer rings are fitted, the seals fitted right way round too, the book says tap the seals "fully home" i've took that to mean a far as it will go ie touching the bearing, do you think it means flush with the ends of the hub face?
