Easy to install as I have no Knowledge or even it's possible to install?

Personally a waste of money.

Note they are not a quick shift but a shift reducer.

Basic to fit not so easy to revert back.

I don't know, but if it for a rod-change then it will fit. If it is for a remote change it won't.

May one ask what you expect from this? Contrary to its name it does not give a quicker change. It just gives less lever movement. If you try to change more quickly it will try to beat the syncromesh. Not for nothing as these Quik-Shifts' known as 'Quick-Graunch'.

A better way to improve the shift on a rod-change is to replace all the moving joints and fit stronger rear rubber mounts. That way no gearbox damage can happen. It is also possible to shorten the gear lever length by a couple of inches if so desired.

I used one once to shorten the throw on a gearlever that had to be about 2ft long on a Stimson Trek kit car. For normal situation never.
