I wanted to change the battery and attach it correct and put a new ground on too.

 

so started with this..

 

 

took the battery out and to be honest wasnt too bad, normal corrosion there it seems,

 

 

 

 

so after fitting the battery and earth looks like this :) happy with that!

 

 

 

anyone guess what i missed putting in my boot before heading out after this?

The week brace and Jack         

so that was fun, but had my trusty girl helping me change it after her brother had some stuff in his car :)

 

whilst i was down there i took some pictures to see if it were clean etc or any work i needed to do soon lol

 

 

pretty chuffed with it, as far as i can see, just a wee rusty exhaust nothing more really :)

looking tiny at work! lol

 

 

spot of rain so tried the window wiper and the plastic broke around the rocker switch grr

 

 

so ended up glueing at taping around it and it works ok so I've got to try and source a new one lol

I've just found this thread and I have a 76 Clubman in Harvest Gold too!
I got it at the back end of last year and am chuffed. The colour suits the car down to the ground!
I'll be keeping an eye on this thread!
