As above stupid question but to fit the centre caps do you have to take the wheel off?
Do these fit by pushing them in from the inside of the wheel ?

Can't help directly as I on't have the same wheels. Some caps fit from the outside and some need the wheel taking off. Why not take one wheel off and check?

If you have the originals/ ones that have not got 4 clips they go through the back of the wheels If they have 4 clips then they just pop on the front

Exacton wheel caps fit from the inside.

Yes, Phil is correct, they go from the inside. It might be an ideas to apply a bit of silicone just to hold them in place.
