Just thought I'd share with you the progress of our new plenum chamber.
We decided to remake these as the Metro turbo version the Podifold system was designed around are becoming more scarce these days.
We've improved on the design to make it more universal both for our system as well as anyone choosing to use it with a turbo instead. Our's doesn't have the poppet valve which limited the boost on the Metro turbo and would normally need to be blocked off and the inlet stub is in a much better position to accept the pipework coming from the intercooler.
This is the first one back from the foundry after a quick clean up and grit blasting. It's turned out perfect and is ready to be machined and fitted with a restrictor ring to the same spec as the original version.
