Was an active member on the forum a couple of years ago until I sold my 4th mini for a clio 182, now after parting with that and buying a sensible daily defiantly time for the sun the smell of fuel and the noise of a mini!
After a 1275 preferably but most importantly something solid, can deal with mechanicals, so just thought I'd say hello again and if anyone knows of a nice honest mini for sale at a reasonable price point them my way :)
And if anyone knows anything about my previous minis that'd be great!

Welcome back. A classic mini is quite a step up from a Renault clio.

The Mayfair and 1000 are still showing as taxed and MOT'd, the Advantage hasn't had an MOT since 2012.

Would be nice to see how they're doing with their new owners!
I liked my clio was alright, never as much fun as the minis though ;)

Clio 182s are amazing! Best bang for buck cars out there in my opinion and I keep looking at prices of 182 Trophys..... Welcome back to Minis though ;)

The 182 was an awesome car, gave me minimum grief over the 2 years so I can't complain, still must admit I preferred the minis in their ways though, just hopefully a decent one crops up in time for summer! :-p
