Not sure on this one. The back tyres are ok, but both front tyres are not in the middle of the arch. Let me know your thoughts if it's a suspension thing or not

wondering if the front tie bar bush has collapsed & someone tightened up the slack ?
just a guess
as above if arch isn't on right , it will also make the wheel look in the wrong position
may be an idea to check the wheel base - if the car is standard / not lowered / or any special suspension on it

The side repeater suggests the arch is right, but the wheel looks forward relative to the shock-absorber, so I'd be looking at the tie rods.

I have the same problem with mine. Is it only on one side? my front left wheel is further forward than the right and I've been told that its most likely to be because the front subframe is slightly twisted possibly because of a little bump accident it might have had... i know the reason behind mine :/ don't let your friend drive you car round a car park!!! learnt the hard way!!! i put some adjustable tie rods/bars which helped push the wheel back but you'll have to ge the wheels alignment done.

Who put the arches on?
the arches were put on by the guy I bought the car from, so they have been on there for about 7 years.

will have to take some pictures of the suspension when I jack it up over the weekend. will post them up and see what you think. Im no mechanic at all, but would love to learn little bits. The car does have adjustable GAZ shock absorbers, which me and my mate increased to make the ride height higher, as the front of the wheels were scraping every time I went over a slight bump or had full lock.

Sorry poor guess. As the big washer on the front is tightened till it bottoms out on the tie bar clamping the bushes in place.wondering if the front tie bar bush has collapsed & someone tightened up the slack ?
just a guess
You can not over tighten or take up any slack.

I will take a picture of the weekend for your diagnostics. :)

Adjusting the dampers will not alter the ride height! Mart.

not a poor guess - going from previous experience - cars coming in for mot
your assuming it has been assembled correctly in the past
I've even seen them with 2 bushes one side various washers to take up slack / adjust
often accompanied by a fresh wing
never underestimate the bodgy-ness of a previous owner / repairer

I would hope that people who are working on their cars have a Haynes manual and read it.
As that is the only thing we can go by.
I think I would have said "incorrectly assembled" rather than suggesting an impossible.
But another thing that has not been mentioned which nay have caused the issue is someone jacking the car up on the tie bars and bending them.
