Hi. Just fitted a brand new yellow tag cylinder to my project. When bleeding the brakes I was getting nothing out the back brakes. I went to the bias valve on the bulkhead and used a vacuum bleeder at this point. I got fluid out of it here and when pressing the brake pedal I can (with help) undo the fitting and bleed the rear half from here but the front half doesn't seem to be pumping even though I have pulled through fluid with the vacuum. I have taken it off to inspect it and the piston for the front circuit seams seized at the top of the bore. Has anyone else had a problem recently with these or is there a special bleeding procedure other than starting at the furthest point and working closer?
It's a 79 car with cooper s 7.5" discs on the front and drums on the back.
Thanks

yes start with the front nearest the master cylinder, then the other front, then rear driverside then rear passenger side ,and try an easyi bleed kit, its so much easier

Start from the front? The Haynes manual says start from the back.
Is it the correct cylinder for discs?
I'm going to order another one tonight as the piston seems jammed at the top of the bore
