Hello,
Does a classic Mini Cooper sport have a relay in the headlamp loom? I'm trying to work out if I need the wired by Wilson upgrade.

Yes they do, back right of the engine bay, black, next to the three yellow ones

Pdf wiring diagrams don't show one either. Just power to the switch in the stalk.

My mistake, it's the driving lamp relay
