What is the problem with the Mini Forum.

Every time I log on and open a page I get a message like this,

Attached File  Capture 879.JPG   33.66K   53 downloads

PS I would have posted this in Forum Feedback, but you can not upload attachments in that section

I cant find anything loading on my pc, I think you may need to run an antivirus check and anti malware scan (malwarebytes one is good) and try again.

I have asked the team to look into it anyway, but all the security scans from the online safety people are showing the site as fine/safe/not blacklisted.

I've randomly been getting the same messages (always with a different web address) on both hear and eBay.

My initial thoughts are that you have a rogue/malicious extension enabled in your browser which is trying to inject additional content in to web pages that you visit.

surfblue63 and 1984mini25, can you both let me know what browser you're using and a list of extensions you have installed?

I'll do some additional digging in the meantime.

I'll give that a go, thanks

I'd probably disable all of those and enable them as you need them until the problem occurs again.

Should probably remove shock wave and flash as they are extremely vulnerable and have been pretty much ditched by all websites

No messages so far on this visit.

That seams to have helped speed up my interweb a bit, so thanks for that. Malwarebytes found 20 PUP.* bits of junk.

Should probably remove shock wave and flash as they are extremely vulnerable and have been pretty much ditched by all websites

I have disabled those, I'll let you know what happens next time I log on.

Thanks all for you input.

Bad news

After doing all the stuff suggested, and spending about 6 hours doing it, the messages still come up.

Oh well, I guess is it must be site related and not my machine as I do not get these messages on any other forum or site.

Only just seen this. I'm also using IE 11 and haven't been getting any messages on the forum recently. Although this evening it seams to be google playing games pooping up with "Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests" messages.
