I need to repainted front of the car but it has been changed from white to the blue in the photo, does anyone know the colour.

Hard to say from a picture, could be RAL 5015 Sky Blue or even RAL 5012 Light Blue. Best off taking it to a Halfords if you have one close by for a color match, better than hazarding guesses.

Best plan would be to take it or a removable part to a Autobody/refinnisher supplier

and get the colour! matched by some one that knows about  paint and painting materials

most will be able to mix and fill rattle  cans if needed.

There are a good number in and around Glasgow area .
