evening all,

just bought my first mini which is a racing flame checkmate.

gona be a long old project as i look to restore her but adding some nice features as i go along, so hopefully you guys will help as i go along

well first things first i need to replace the whole front end shell wise as rust has taken over so gona do a bit of research on a flip front and hopefully get my doors re-skined and eventually do something about the rust in the boot and under the rear wheel arches, then a complete re-spray in british racing green again with new decals.

eventually would like to loose the rear bence, a few friends of mine who work at a audio shop (naming no names as its unfair on people who pay to advertise there comapanies on here) will help on an install for the rear. and will sort buckets/3 point harnesses for the front.

engine wise im not to sure yet, will defiantly want more power out of my 998 but not completely sure how to go about it just as yet.

im taking it one step at a time as i no this isnt going to take a few weeks lol.
