Hi,

Look-up Simon bbc/powerspark. They sell an electronic ignition kit for the Lucas distributor range for around £26.

From all accounts on here, its a very good system!

Cheers, Steve.

I've done 1000s of miles on various ebay sourced ones, for anyone who says "what if they fail?" I'd say buy two!

Why not buy a Omex ECU, and go wasted spark, and you will also be able to map the ignition far more accurately. :shades:  I know it would cost much more money, but It's the best solution. :D

I'd say stick with a distributor as its in keeping with a classic and how it was made.
