[MIGLIACARS]

Well the migs have come back to cadwell park, and today 14/5/16.

The lap record had stood since 2001 with chris lewis car that was later raced by paul brown.

chris held the record with a 1.40 for 15 years and believe me that is fast for any car never mind a 1293cc mini.

 

But today shayne deegan beat it by nearly 1 second.

wow  that is so fast believe me, in a 1293cc mini he must have never of lifted,   maximum respect to that man.......

 

unfortunately the great bill sollis had a bad first lap and spent the whole race playing catch up and never mounted a challange, but tomorrow is another day.... looking forward to it...

Lap records don't count in qualifying. Bill did a 1.39.628 today. That will be the official lap record.

Be interesting to hear Tellos excuses as to why there was only 4 Super Mighty Minis there!

Andrew Deviney set a new Lap record for the mini se7ens today as well 1.49.1

times seemed to be really quick this year. top 5 cars were faster then the winning car in 2014.

Strange , the mightys and supers both slower then previous years. the wind made a massive difference on the friday

yeah seemed to as they were doing 1,44 s   but i thought the wind would affect the smaller engined cars

Cars in both classes are definitely quicker this year! lap records have been broken at both brands gp and cadwell so far! Its brilliant
