The engine is 1380cc 286 cam MED track day head 1.5 full roller rockers 10.5:1 comp ratio
If anyone has done this conversion and can help with what the jet sizes should be as a starting point as I know that every engine will be deferent the help would be very much appreciated
Main jets
Air jets
Idle jets
Emulsion tubes
chokes
Thank you

Straight from the AKM documentation that came with my 7 port head.
For road use try NGK C7E
For Competition try NGK C8E or C9E
Mine was fitted with NGK C8E which are too cold for a road engine so I'm fitting the NGK PMR7A spark plugs.
CARB: 40 DCOE Weber x2
Choker: 28 to 32 (mine has 30's)
Main Jet: 125
Air Con: 180
Pumo Jet: 40
Em. Tube: F16
Idle: 50F8
Aux Vent: 4,5
This will get you going, I've got a 1380 with the Swiftune SW10 which is Swiftunes version of the Kent 286 cam along with 10:5 comp ratio and 1.5 rockers so our specs are very similar.
I'm going to get mine rolling roaded again (once the engine is back in) so I'll post up what settings I get back, I'm positive it's running rich on the idle jets which are 50F8 but I'll let the expert sort that out.
MED should give you some settings too, if you do get them would you mind posting them up and if you get yours rolling roaded what they are for comparison.
Hopefully this is of some help.
