Hello,

I currently own a 998cc Mini with a stage one inlet system.

It currently has a stage 2 maniflow LCB exhaust system fitted.

Am I right to think I would be better off swapping to a Cooper Free Flow manifold, with a RC40 system?

The current system suffered some damage recently when I kinked the front pipe when it became detatched :( so either way I will be buying a new system.

Also I won't be doing any dramatic changes to engine performance in the future ie; won't be swapping for a bigger engine.

The only change I do have coming up will be fitting a Reece Fish Carburettor, will this Exhaust system be ok with this?

Thanks

Matt

so what have you damaged?

 the LCB or the exhaust?

no need to change it all.

and yes both are more than you need for your engine.

Just the exhaust is damaged not the LCB,

I have another Mini that the LCB will be better suited for this why I was also thinking of changing!

The freeflow manifold and rc40 is perfect for a 998.
