Hi
I'm about to start giving my clubby estate a little TLC engine-wise.
She's a bit asthmatic and so I'm gonna give her a boost.
I don't want to go too far as its used everyday through town and must remain reliable and economical (ish).
I was thinking stage 2 unleaded head.
LCB - to rc40 or maniflow system.
The question is do I go for a twin 1.25 setup or keep the standard 1.5 and just rejet.
I could even go twin 1.5 but is that too far ??
Any helpful comments welcome. (on the carb choice or any light modding suggestions)
Cheers
PS - Anyone know what the standard diff was on a 1980 clubby estate. (I'm thinking it was the 3.44 ????)

Twin 1.5's will drown a 1100.
You might want to ask about the diff on the link below.
And make sure it's registered !!!

Can't comment about a Stage 2 head but why not just go for a Stage 1 kit. Get a better exhaust and manifold etc.
